What we collect

Your account email, the profile fields you enter (voice, pricing, expertise), the briefs you submit for generation, the proposals we generate for you, and the Stripe customer and payment metadata needed to bill you.

How we use it

Only to generate your proposals and bill you. We do not sell your data.

• Anthropic (Claude API) — generates proposal text; inputs are not used to train models per their API data terms
• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase (EU region) — database hosting for accounts, proposals, audit logs
• Apify — LinkedIn profile research for the prospect
• Tavily — web search for prospect/company context
• PostHog (EU region, cookieless) — anonymous product analytics; see Analytics section below
• Resend (if used for transactional email) — magic-link auth + receipt emails

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete it.

Analytics

We use PostHog (EU hosting, eu.i.posthog.com) to understand how the product is used. PostHog is configured in cookieless mode — session state lives in browser memory only, no tracking cookies are set, and no data is shared across sessions or sites. We capture which pages load, which buttons get clicked, and outcomes (proposal generated, payment succeeded). We do not capture the contents of your job briefs, your generated proposals, or any PII beyond a per-session anonymous ID linked to your user ID after login.

Your browser's Do Not Track signal is respected.

Cookies

We don't set tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (auth session, language preference) are set by Supabase Auth and your browser and are not used for tracking or shared with third parties.

Your rights

Under GDPR and CCPA you can request access, deletion, or export of your data at any time by emailing nicolas.neumann@unpauseai.com. We respond within 30 days.
